In 2019, I trekked to Mount Everest Base Camp and back. It was one of the hardest and most rewarding experiences of my life.

My all-time favorite movie is Back to the Future. I watch it monthly and will never get tired of it. My bridal shower even had a Back to the Future theme.
I moved to Ireland after college for graduate school. I lived in Galway for 2.5 years and got my master’s in journalism from NUIG.
Ireland is also where I met my now-husband. The first time he ever stepped foot in the U.S. was when I brought him home to meet my parents (they didn’t understand a word he said).
We have a dog named Oprah (a Chihuahua-Beagle mix). Her size (and attitude) is comical.
I have two toddlers I am constantly chasing after (and wouldn’t have it any other way).
In 2013, Leonardo DiCaprio looked at me and said hello on The Great Gatsby red carpet and I am still trying to recover.
When it comes to the late ‘90s/early 2000s boy band battle, I’m team BSB.
I’ve lived in Chicago, New York, and Ireland. Now I’m happily settled in the suburbs outside of Chicago.
I’ve been told I look like Lauren Conrad. I’ll take it!
My birthday only has one number in it: 8/8/88.
As a native Chicagoan, I’m a loyal Cubs fan. Any other option is wrong. (So is putting ketchup on a hot dog.)
